DPF

DPF  is the  internationally-accepted most efficient  PM post-processing technique. First, it will catch and central the PM in the  diesel engine exhaust gas, stop it from leaking, then  use catalyst , oxygenizer and combustion technology to dissolve , combust, get rid of most of the particle，to reduce the PM emission.、

Merits and Demerits of  DPF

1.High purification efficiency, can each 85%-95%

2. Insensitive to oils,  suitable for  normal diesel， and low sulfur diesel;

3.Low weight, SFF, easy-use,  low cost

4. The particle  deposit in the filter will augment  resistance of emission, lead  to  the performance deterioration of the engine.

5.The  temperature  of the DPF substrate regeneration is very high and difficult.
